Without a doubt, I am most passionate about helping autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent youth align with their highest hopes and dreams for themselves! I am deeply committed to fostering a collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally-sensitive approach to therapy. With my background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I frequently blend elements of behaviorism into other evidence-based processes I draw upon – including PCIT, CBT, ERP and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows us to address your child’s struggles with their internal world, while individualizing support to employ behavioral change across settings, such as decreasing disruptive behaviors. Above all, I wholeheartedly support adapting interventions to meet the complex needs of my clients– particularly for kids with notably low (or notably high!) cognitive styles, learning disabilities, or other unique experiences/identities.

I received my B.A. in Psychology from Seattle University and my Master’s degree in Applied Child and Adolescent Psychology from the University of Washington, specializing in child and teen therapy. My practical experience with children and families was cultivated through three years of experience as a Behavior Technician using ABA to support neurodivergent youth in their homes, schools, and communities. Likewise, in a clinical setting, I completed an internship treating neurodivergent youth – most notably autistic and ADHD children – who also experience mood disorders such as selective mutism, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, OCD, along with other co-morbidities.

On a personal level, my values of compassion, vulnerability, curiosity, and silliness anchor me in my work with children and families! Professionally, our therapeutic relationship is invaluable to me as a clinician – I want to know your thoughts, strengths, struggles, and input as we work together to make lasting changes in your family’s lives. By illuminating the path to self-discovery, emotional awareness, and self-compassion, I would be absolutely honored to help your child face their fears, feel more confident, and recognize that they are stronger than they believed themselves to be!
