Hannah LeFebvre

MAEd, LMHCA

My name is Hannah (she/her) and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Seattle University and currently see clients in person and via telehealth. Before becoming a counselor, I worked for over a decade in various administrative and patient advocate positions across multiple, large healthcare organizations.

My Approach

I utilize an integrative, holistic approach to any treatment goals you may have. In sessions, I consider the complex interplay of neurological, biological, psychological, and sociocultural factors that contribute to each person's mental health. This perspective allows for a deeper understanding of the unique experiences of individuals and the diverse challenges they face, ensuring that care is comprehensive and tailored to each person’s specific needs.

How I Can Help

Common concerns that I work with include anxiety, depression, communication challenges, PTSD, LGBTQIA+ struggles, and identity exploration. I can also help coordinate your care with other outside providers (such as primary care physicians, those who prescribe medications, and other healthcare professionals) with your consent. I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and judgment-free space where people can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. By nurturing a strong therapeutic alliance, we embark on a journey towards self-discovery, fostering a deeper connection with the self and others. Together, we strive to embrace our authentic selves and navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

More About Me

When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my partner and dog, listening to music of all kinds (give me your recommendations!), and watching good (or sometimes terrible) action movies. I also love thunderstorms, lava cake, looking up tattoo designs, and all things Dungeons & Dragons. I can occasionally be persuaded to go out into nature by my friends and contemplate changing my hair color every few months.
