Jill Lambson-Nirk is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate dedicated to helping individuals build insight, balance, and emotional resilience. Her background includes providing counseling to children and teens in a K–12 school setting, as well as working with adults in private practice. These experiences have strengthened her belief that meaningful change happens in a safe, collaborative, and compassionate environment.
